If you forgot your password, use the Reset password feature: enter your email address, and you will receive instructions to change your password. After successfully resetting your password, try signing in to your account again.
To restore your previous progress, contact support and provide as much of the following information as possible: 1. The email address linked to the account
2. A screenshot of the receipt for any purchase you have made previously, if you have ever purchased anything
3. Your IP address; if it has changed, please provide the IP address you used when registering.
